REQUEST FOR SPECIALTY CONSULTANTS

Notice is given that the Wapato Public Schools is seeking proposals from qualified firms in the following disciplines:

• Traffic Engineering Consultants
• Geotechnical Consultants
• Construction Special Inspection & Testing Consultants
• Commissioning Consultants
• Survey Consultants
• Hazardous Materials Consulting

Proposal must be received in duplicate (2 Copies) at the district’s administration building, 212 W. Third Street, Wapato, WA  98951, Attn: Kevin Hill, Wapato Public Schools., via mail or delivery service or hand delivered no later than May 2, 2024 at 2:00 PM.  Kevin Hill, [email protected] or 509-877-4181.

The district has 2 major capital projects which they will be undertaking as a result of the successful passage of their bond in February of 2024.  They reserve the right to hire multiple firms for each discipline, or for individual projects as they arise in the district, or a single firm for each discipline.

Proposals must include the firm or individual’s experience in the discipline for which they are applying.  Please describe the services you provide, general company information and 3 references with contact information in no more than 20 pages including tabs and cover letters.  Minority and women owned firms are encouraged to apply.
